Life Changing Dentistry

This high school student has known that a major smile makeover would be inevitable after her cleft correction surgery as an infant. What she hadn't realized was how life changing that makeover would be. After orthodontic treatment with a local specialist reached its limits to movement, her bite and smile were still not perfect. Dr. Joanna Claustro was able to expertly design a healthy and stable occlusal relationship between the patient's upper and lower teeth -- and improve aesthetics at the same time. The photos show the end of phase one treatment with the patient in provisional restorations as additional treatment is completed with specialists. Very minimal tooth structure was removed to achieve these results. The next phase will finish her smile with beautiful porcelain that will look natural and radiant for decades to come!
